Front Line Leadership Program

Who is it for?

The ACOBI Front Line Leadership (FLL) Program is designed for current and aspiring front-line leaders looking to strengthen their leadership capabilities. It’s especially relevant for those responsible for managing teams, workflows, and culture at the operational level. Whether someone is new to leadership or stepping up to more responsibility, this six-day program provides practical tools and frameworks to help them succeed in a demanding and fast-paced environment

What does it cover?

The program spans six core themes: self-awareness, relationships, team culture, work systems, business planning, and finance. Participants engage with a wide range of tools including MBTI personality profiling, active listening, situational leadership, and systems thinking. They’ll also explore lean process improvement, waste reduction strategies, and the basics of business finance. All activities are underpinned by Systems Leadership Theory, ensuring the content is both structured and grounded in proven organisational practices.
