CEO
Andrew’s expertise in developing organisations and leaders has been developed for more than 25 years. Throughout his career Andrew has led a wide range of strategy, change and transformation projects across multiple industries, including mining, meat processing, logistics, utilities and energy. He also has extensive experience delivering accredited and non-accredited leadership, customer service, innovation and problem-solving programs and courses.
Andrew is particularly passionate about unleashing the potential of leaders to elevate their capabilities to make significant business impact. Clients value Andrew’s engaging style and ability to build rapport at all levels of an organisation.
PAUL ELRIDGE
Managing Director
Paul is a highly entrepreneurial senior business leader. He has founded and cofounded more than 15 companies across 3 countries including Australia, Singapore and Vietnam. Paul’s first business was voted 53rd fastest growing company in Australia by BRW Magazine and went on to win numerous industry awards in the finance and banking sector.
Paul has worked in numerous industries across all aspects of education and training, including; founding and developing a Learning Management System, established award winning eLearning Development companies, writing and publishing courses and delivering keynote addresses at international forums.
Paul has a knack for making the abstract tangible and a talent for seeing the big picture and bringing it down to earth.
SIMON FRASER

Simon is a seasoned Senior Manager with a proven track record of driving results in diverse, competitive markets. With extensive experience in operations, business development, sales, marketing and product development across the APAC region, he has a keen eye for identifying opportunities and delivering profitable solutions.
His strong leadership skills enable him to motivate and inspire teams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Having held various C-level roles across Asia, Simon brings a strong understanding of cultural diversity and communications.
JENNY McFARLANE
RTO Manager
Jenny is the National RTO Manager at Response Group, leading Response Learning and Agri Training. She has extensive experience in vocational education, compliance, and team leadership, with key achievements including successful ASQA audits and national system implementations.
With a background in IT, project management, and education, Jenny brings a systems-focused, solutions-driven approach. She is passionate about quality training, continuous improvement, and strong industry partnerships
